18) Community & Group Coaching

We offer optional community spaces and group coaching experiences (the “Community”) that may include discussion forums, comments, reactions, profiles, direct messages, live sessions, and replays.

What is visible to others. Your display name, profile image, and anything you post or upload in community areas may be visible to other members. Direct messages and small-group spaces are not public, but our team and service providers may access them for moderation, safety, and support.

What we collect in the Community. Posts, comments, reactions, profile details, messages, attendance, and engagement metrics. We use this data to provide and improve the Community, moderate content, and enforce our guidelines.

Sensitive information. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (e.g., health, financial, or spiritual details you consider private) in public areas. If you voluntarily share sensitive information in the Community or during group sessions, we use it only to deliver the services you request and never for advertising/retargeting.

Third-party platforms. We may host the Community on our site or via vendors (e.g., our CRM/community provider). Those platforms process data on our behalf under contract. Their own terms/policies may also apply.

Safety & moderation. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines or Terms.

19) Group Sessions, Recordings & Replays

Live calls. Group coaching calls, workshops, and events may be recorded (audio/video and chat). If a session will be recorded, we will disclose that in advance or at the start of the session.

How we use recordings. To provide replays to participants, improve our services, support members who could not attend, and for internal training. We do not use recordings for advertising without separate permission.

What others may see. Your name, voice, image, and chat contributions may appear in the recording made available to fellow participants (and, if stated, to current/future cohorts).

Your choices. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may: keep camera off, use a display name, avoid speaking on the recording, or watch the replay if offered. For 1:1 coaching, you may request that we do not record.

Retention. We typically retain group session recordings up to 12 months (or as disclosed). You may request removal of a specific clip that identifies you by emailing [email protected]; we will honor reasonable requests unless we must retain content for legal or compliance reasons.

20) Testimonials & User Content

If you provide a testimonial, review, or success story, we may display it with your name and likeness with your consent. You can withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]; we’ll remove or anonymize it going forward (archived or cached copies may persist).
